There seems, however, to be no reason why the taking over of

the Cape D'Aguilar and Peak Stations by the Navy and the

erection of the Naval Wire from the former to the Naval Yard

should await the completion of the foregoing arrangements.

I shall be obliged by your informing me if

you are prepared to at once enter into the arrangement indicated

in the 1st. paragraph of this letter.
